The political commentary and new reporting of Fox have been asserted by many observers as the best channel.

Fox News channel HD is the high definition multicast with 720p which was launched by Fox News on May 1, 2008. Almost all the programs that are presented in HD including Happening Now, Fox and Friends, The Live Desk, America’s Newsroom, Glenn Beck, Fox Report, Hannity, the O’Reilly Factor, Studio B with Sheppard Smith are all telecasted in 16:9 widescreen. The programs were offered in letter box format in standard definition format after its invocation on September 28, 2009.
